You may browse, read and share our pages, and use the free checks for your own business. Please do not copy the site, its design or its content to present as your own, or try to disrupt how it works.

The free checks and field guide are general guidance to help you think. They are not professional advice for your specific situation. Decisions you make based on them are your own.
Our work for clients
Client work is covered by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, fees and ownership. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.
Intellectual property
The CratX name, identity, site design, text, tools and methods belong to us. Clients own the work we make for them, as set out in their agreement.
Templates
When our templates are available, they will come with their own licence terms, shown before you buy or download.
Links to other sites
We may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Liability
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lagos State.
